Pauline joined the team late summer 2023 with the aim of competing in the Scottish season 2024 for her final season on stage. Having competed previously before in womens bodybuilding Pauline wanted to compete one more time before retiring from the sport. Straight away I recommended that she compete in the masters figure category as thats where I thought she would be best suited.
We revamped her training to help bring up the right areas she needed to bring up to be competitive when she stepped on stage and over the coming months her physique transformed. She got to work learning the new style of posing and wearing heels and we began prep in December 2023.
Having competed multiple times before, prep ran very smoothly and as a result she grabbed multiple placings across the shows that she did, most memorable was her first ever win at 2bros Scotland. After her success in masters figure she has decided to postpone retirement and go again next year. I can’t wait to see her do it all again!
