Ashleigh first reached out to me in October 2023 after competing on stage for the first time. Although she loved the experience she felt as though she had unfinished business having not placed. She made it very clear on our consult call what she was looking for and wanted to move to a team that she knew would help her not only place, but win.
That being said, we embarked on a prep for the Scottish season in 2024 and she did exactly what she set out to do, winning female bodybuilding at FMC. Thereafter Ashleigh picked up more trophies and had a successful season on stage.
